Wrong Item Delivered or Incomplete Order
Step 1 – Raise a replacemet request within 48 hours from the date of delivery at Email- hello@heandshecare.com or on Whatsapp at (+91)84909 84309 with the pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.
Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3 – On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.
Step 4 – In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
Step 5 – As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).
Item Damaged

We will not be able to Return/Replace your products in the following cases
- Opened/ used/ altered products
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc) missing
- The return/ replacement request is generated after 48 hours from the date of delivery.
Order Cancellation
We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed we can not cancel the order.

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is notified from time to time. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
Dealing with Ineffective Products :
If you feel any specific He & She product is ineffective, kindly contact us within 7 days of consistent product usage. Our Doctor’s / Cosmetologist team will reach out to you to gain a better understanding of the issue and advise further instructions for result oriented.

If we accept your order, the payment will be charged to your credit or debit card and confirmed to you via email or the provided contact number. Payment processing may occur prior to product dispatch. Should we need to cancel your order after processing payment, the amount will be refunded to your credit or debit card.
