Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside it.
Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and related matters.


1. Shipping Partners

We have partnered with Shiprocket and its associated courier partners (including Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, and others) to ensure safe and timely delivery of all orders across India.


2. Shipping Charges

Currently, we offer FREE Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
There are no hidden delivery fees or handling charges.


3. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once processed, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking details.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, or unforeseen delays such as weather, festivals, or strikes.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier link via email/SMS.
You can also track your shipment anytime from your My Account → Orders page.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available on select pin codes only.

  • Shiprocket’s courier partners may contact you before delivery.

  • Please ensure that the full payment amount is ready at the time of delivery.


7. International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping.
We currently deliver only within India.


8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact our support team.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, phone number, or repeated delivery attempts, the shipping cost (if any) may be deducted from your refund.
